On January 19 our class, 1HWD, went to the English Theatre to see “Rob and the Hoodies” with our teachers Mag. Schachenhofer and Mag. Fuchs.
We liked the performance, because it was funny and exciting. The set was simple as they did not use many props; though the stage was small, it was sufficient. So the appearance of the actors was even more spectacular.
At the beginning there was a short opening speech performed by Rob, one of the main characters. The others were Marianne, Will, John, and the three Hoodies. The acting was complicated, because the actors/actress had to play different roles. So they had to change their costumes very often. In one scene the actors invited some children on stage. We liked this audience interaction very much.
It was great fun to watch this performance; that is why we would recommend this play to our friends and family.
